Spring into New Activities!

With winter on the way out and spring on the way in, many people are looking to take advantage of the warm weather. Spring is a great time to invest in yourself and make some health lifestyle changes. Here's some great suggestions for healthy eating and ways to get active...all within the La Crosse area!

  1. Farmer's Markets

  • Visit the La Crosse Cameron Park Farmer's Market! It's located on Cass Street and starts at 4pm on Fridays. It's a great way to get some fresh fruits and vegetables now available locally this spring season. Check here to see the starting date for this season!

  1. Bluff Hikes
