The ketogenic diet is a very-low-carbohydrate, moderate-protein, and high-fat diet that is proven to suppress your hunger, increase your satiety levels, and may boost weight loss. Appetizers

Ingredients:
1 Tbsp butter
3 ounces cooked sausage, chopped or crumbled
¼ cup onion, diced
¼ cup red pepper, diced
½ cup butternut squash, cubed and roasted
3 large eggs

Mediterranean Hummus-Stuffed Peppers
Ingredients:
10 ounce container of hummus
6 baby bell peppers, cut in half lengthwise
¼ cup Kalamata olives, pitted and chopped
¼ cup crumbled feta

2 cups pumpkin puree
½ tsp stevia
