Eating seasonally isn’t always easy in the Midwest (what’s in-season in January?), but our summer offers a wide array of fresh, delicious foods at grocery stores, farmer’s markets, and even straight out of your garden.


Over the next several weeks, this space will feature foods that are in-season during the Wisconsin summer. You may be more familiar with some (tomatoes) than others (eggplant), but rest assured you’ll learn something new in each and every post in this series.
