With all the different contraception options out there, it can be difficult to know which one is best for you. Join RCW’s Certified Nurse Midwife, Carleen Poellinger, to learn about different types of contraception options available to both women AND men.
In the busy lives we all lead, we make constant choices about how to prioritize our attention. Too often, our food choices are too low on the priority list, as are the signals our body is sending us about hunger and fullness. If you’d like to make mindful eating a regular practice in your life, RCW dietitian Jordan Murray would like to help. This talk will define mindful eating and offer tips and strategies for integrating it into your daily life.
Take your kids ages 3 – 10 for a fun-filled TWO hours of wellness and fitness. During this program, they learn about a healthy habit, participate in fitness games, and have a healthy snack. Drop off your child, use the Riverside Fitness Center during this program, or use your time however you’d like.
