MEDITATION
As a means of stress management and relaxation, learn and explore mindfulness practice and meditation. Maintain an open mind and the willingness to receive positive energies from within you and surrounding you during meditation. These practices are proven to make a positive impact on total wellbeing.
Meditation promotes healing, and with regular practice, improves emotional stability—stability can decrease anxiety and increase happiness and creativity. You gain focus for peace of mind, clarity, and intuition awareness.
How does meditation work? The body physiologically responds to meditation by reducing blood pressure and blood lactate levels that influence levels of anxiety. Mood, behavior, metabolism, energy, memory, and sleep improve as a result of increased serotonin production. Furthermore, as increased levels of energy invigorate the cells of the body, pain associated with tension headaches and within the joints is decreased.
A 6-week learning program of 30-minutes sessions is followed up with advanced meditation practice.

Laser Acupressure

Moxibustion
Moxibustion is a heat therapy is a Traditional Chinese Medicine technique where the dried herb Mugwort called “Moxa” is burned near the surface of the skin. It may be used to warm acupuncture needles or as a warming technique on acupuncture points. The intention is to promote and invigorate the flow of energy or Qi in the body. Moxibustion helps to increase blood circulation, "tonify" energy, stimulate nerve, hormone and digestive systems, and boost the immunity. Moxibustion can help with back or joint pain, arthritis, diarrhea, irregular menstrual cramping and irregular cycles, infertility, sperm motility, natural turning of breech babies, Parkinson’s symptoms, and others.
Cupping
Cupping is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which special cups are placed on your skin to create negative pressure. It can relieve muscle tension, loosen tight muscles, encourage blood flow, and calm the nervous system which makes it an excellent treatment for back and neck pains, stiff muscles, anxiety, fatigue, migraines, as well as cold, cough and allergy symptoms. Cupping promotes relaxation, the healing of injuries, detoxification, improvement of skin conditions, and relief from digestive disorders.
Gua sha
Gua sha is an alternative therapy that involves scraping your skin with a massage tool to improve the blood and energy circulation. This ancient Chinese healing technique may offer a unique approach to better health, addressing issues like chronic pain, headache, migraine, fever, allergic sinusitis, insomnia, menstrual cramping and irregular cycles, hot flashes, anxiety, and fatigue.
